New York Instructor Nathan Goheen's father taught him how to play chess at the age of 8. However it wasn't until over 20 years later when he witnessed the chess culture of New York City that he became more interested in the game. He enjoys teaching children, having taught them music for many years and has now taught chess for over 3 years.
