Long Island Instructor National Expert Jack Niculescu is an experienced chess instructor. He has been an expert for over 20 years, and is ranked in the top 3% of all US players. He is a certified USCF tournament director and holds a Science degree from St. John’s University. Some of his tournament career highlights include tying for 1st place in the 1998 Nassau Amateur Team Championship, and achieving a perfect 6-0 score in the 1995 United States Amateur Team Championship.
