Staten Island/NJ Instructor National Master Bill Frangos has been teaching school programs and private lessons for many years. He is a retired IT professional and veteran, who enjoys teaching chess and music lessons in Staten Island and New Jersey.

Some of his playing highlights, include scoring a phenomenal 5.5/6 in the 1993 Amateur Team East and tying for 3rd place in the Marshall U2200 tournament in August 2018.
