National Expert Brian Wilmeth, who manages our virtual programs and teaches in-person classes in Brooklyn and Manhattan, has been playing chess all around New York for 20+ years.

Some of his chess highlights including tying for first place in our top May 22, 2021 Central Park Quad and tying for 3rd place in the Marshall Thursday Action.

When not teaching or playing chess, he also acts as a programmer as expressed in this autobiographical blog post.
