Daniel Babakhan

Our Team

Manhattan Instructor Daniel Babakhan has been playing chess for eight years. He orignally hails from the Boston area and now studies business and finance at Fordham University . His top chess achievements include tying for first place in the 2021 Philadelphia Open U-1500 section and second place in the 2016 World Open U-1200 section.

He has been teaching chess in groups and privately for 2 years now and we are lucky to have him on board to teach at schools and private students' homes.
